Founded in 2020, Endless Summer Vacation Rentals started with the simple goal to provide a better vacation rental experience. We’ve all stayed at a vacation home that was outdated, dirty, had uncomfortable mattresses and funky mismatched bedding and towels. That’s why we update all of our homes with new premium mattresses, linens, pillows, towels, cookware, utensils, furniture, etc. And thats why we clean our homes thoroughly between every guest. We believe a vacation home should clean, comfortable and welcoming. Simple as that.

Ty Brady

Originally from the Philadelphia suburbs in Pennsylvania, Ty has traveled and worked in the tourism and hospitality industry for the last 25 years. He was a boat captain, working on tour boats, parasailing boats and yachts. He managed one of the largest water sports operations in the world in the US Virgin Islands and has owned and operated a handful of parasailing businesses in recents years. An avid traveler himself, Ty spent 7 years in the Caribbean, and lived in New Zealand and Hawaii for work as well as traveling to more than 30 countries for fun. Based in southwest Florida for the last 12 years, Ty was slowly drawn from the boating world to real estate and the short term rental space specifically. With his 25+ years of travel knowledge, Ty just wants to help create an unforgettable vacation home experience for everyone. With the team at Endless Summer Vacation Rentals their goal is to provide clean, comfortable, 5 star accommodations to travelers locally and from across the globe. Simple as that. Although Ty still holds a US Coast Guard 200 Ton Masters Captain’s license, he has no plans to use it in the future.

Being a Florida native allows Olivia to effortlessly inform guests of the true essence of the Sunshine State. She believes there’s something magical about the sunshine, the beaches, and the boating lifestyle. In her free time you can find her enjoying the vibrant arts scene and exploring the endless coastlines, always seeking new ways to connect people with the beauty and culture of this amazing state.
