Bayshore Beach Beauty is an excellent vacation spot! Ty has a detailed eye for what a vacationer might want or need and has furnished a high end quality beach home. It has a well-equipped kitchen, all the beach toys, and the king bed is super comfortable. The location is top notch with walking distance to Nokomis Beach (a hidden gem) and some great restaurants (Pop’s and Pelican’s Alley) There is also easy access to grocery stores, pharmacy and post office. Ty was easy to work with and communication was timely! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Ty! We will be back!

A great getaway, and so close to the gorgeous beaches on Casey Key! All went well, no complaints on the lodging. Neighborhood is quiet, which is what we were looking for. We could even hear the surf on occasion! Def plan on a return visit, perhaps adding a few days more next time around!

This place is an excellent spot when visiting Venice. Walk to Pops sunset grill, very close to the beach. Clean and well equipped. The beds are super comfortable. Highly recommended

We had a great stay at Ty’s place! We loved being able to walk to the beach and Pops—it was such a convenient and fun location. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, which made everything easy, and we really appreciated the layout, especially the large master bedroom. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the home had everything we needed for a beach trip, including plenty of beach chairs, which made things so easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it convenient to cook and feel at home. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were very responsive and quick to help with any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Ty’s place was just as described! It was beautiful & clean. There were lots of stores & some places to eat within a 10 minute drive & we even walked 10 minutes to an oyster bar that had great deals. Ty was super proactive & responsive. Would stay again & recommend to anyone staying in the area!

We were on a visit to see relatives who live nearby. The location and setting were perfect for our small family. Walkable to Nokomis beach which is very quaint and charming. For those who are walkers, beautiful morning walks here, and bikers can use an extensive trail system near-by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-before-Thanksgiving stay at Nokomis Beach. The home was extremely comfortable, peaceful, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. The location couldn’t be better, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The house was well-equipped with all the essentials, which made our stay very easy. It had plenty of linens, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and even a wagon for effortless beach trips. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. Nokomis has a slower, laid-back charm that we’ve come to love, and we look forward to staying here every year. Ty was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, including quickly addressing a one-night issue with the bedroom TV’s Wi-Fi connection. Everything was perfect! We’d absolutely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving at Nokomis Beach. The home was extremely comfortable and its environment relaxing, peaceful, and quiet. The proximity to the beach was quite convenient, and the backyard bbq & patio was also a very enjoyable outdoor experience. Ty was very informative and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We wanted to have a comfortable place to spend a few nights within walking distance to the beach and Ty’s place was perfect. Ty was also very flexible with check in time. We loved everything about Ty’s Airbnb.
