What a GEM if you're into relaxing by the beach. Nokomis Beach is VERY busy and parking can be a bit of a challenge, so being able to walk to the beach was a huge bonus. The place was very neat & organized. My girlfriend loves order and neatness, and she noticed every little attention to detail. She said that if she ever owned an Airbnb that she would want it to be like this one. All high end dishware and visually appealing space is free of clutter. The beach shed was a very nice touch with a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, etc. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The cottage was perfectly equipped for a family of 4. As my family are international visitors, they had everything they needed from fun beach items to necessities like detergent and even spare batteries for the remotes. No detail was overlooked! Thanks for making it so easy for us.

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely wonderful. Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Ty was very responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!

Ty's home was perfect for our needs. We had a short-notice work project, and Ty was accommodating with our booking. If I were to come back to the area for personal time/vacation, this home is at the top of the list for accommodations. Clean, Convenient, Comfortable. Great location, walkable to restaurants, the beach, and Convenient store. Near Publix, Aldi, Wawa and other restaurants and beaches, and the North Jetty. Ty was very responsive to questions and proactive in communication. I live nearby the Airbnb and am quite familiar with the location. Fully stocked functional kitchen (coffee, salt and pepper, oil, paper towels and garbage bags etc. ! Lots of convenient amenities (beach chairs, umbrella, stroller, pack and play, stroller etc.). We had a great time and stay and would highly recommend a visit!

my family and I had a wonderful time! The home was exactly as described and felt very comfortable. The location cannot be beat as it is in a quieter area, but very close by to a lively Florida spring break. We would definitely come back and enjoy another stay

We loved our stay at Ty's! The house was exactly as described and in the perfect location to walk to the beach and great restaurants. Everything was extremely clean and we had all the supplies we needed as well as an assortment of beach gear. Ty communicated promptly throughout the entire process and offered his help with anything we needed. In addition we lived the area. Everyone was super friendly, the food was great, the beach was beautiful! We will definitely be returning in the future!!

We thought the place was great. There were other houses in the area we could have chosen to stay at, but we chose this because of the proximity to the beach. We were able to walk over in less than 5 minutes. Everything was comfortable and clean when we arrived. Overall, we were happy with the stay!

This house was perfect. It was an easy walk to the beach and everything you need for the beach was there for our use including a wagon to transport it. The house was immaculately cleaned with all needed amenities, and the bed and furniture were very comfortable. Ty was a great host. He was extremely friendly and responsive to all our questions. We will definitely be back.
