Our stay started off with a small hiccup, but the Ty handled it quickly and professionally. From that moment on, everything was wonderful. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, and the little touches, (like beach towels, chairs and umbrella) made it feel extra special. We left feeling relaxed and happy. Highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay again!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It provided everything to make our trip convenient and worthwhile. The walk to the beach was so quick and enjoyable, with lots of nature and friendly community.

Place was clean and nice as the photos. Ty was very responsive. The place was perfect for me. Great restaurant and beach within walking distance. Very nice area. Quiet neighborhood. All around nice place. The host seems to want to make sure you have a great time.

Very adorable home with lots of beach accessories included. Wish we could’ve stayed more than one night. Just a heads up that the second bedroom is located THROUGH the first bedroom and on the way to the garage. If you’re traveling with a second couple, might pose a privacy problem. We were not, so it wasn’t an issue.

What a perfect getaway ! The cottage was everything and more! The place was pristine with tons of amenities! Plenty of extra linen, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels and more. Even though you have homes beside you the back yard and patio are very private. You feel like you are in your own little world! Ty was very accommodating allowing us to check in an hour early and responded to any messages I sent promptly. 5 stars from start to finish ! Can’t wait to come back !!!!

I travel to this area frequently and usually stay at a hotel or other Airbnb‘s. This was by far the best option. The home was very well kept, nicely decorated, and the accessories were quality. I usually experience cheaper items being used in short-term rental properties, but in this case, all of the kitchen, accessories and appliances were high-end. Ty was quick to respond to any concerns or questions. The home was easy to access and is a great location for long walks, including two of the nearby parks. The Pickleball courts are a few blocks away if you are a Pickelball fanatic. All of the conveniences for shopping and restaurants are a few blocks away. This property will be my number one go to when visiting this area. Thank you so much for your hospitality Ty.

The host Ty was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had, he was also very easy to get along with. The house was in a great location close to the beach and was in walking distance to many places like a restaurant (Pops) right on the water. The house was very private and cozy. Beds were very comfortable and the house had plenty of amenities, to include many extras that were extremely useful when going to the beach. Like towels, chairs, a cooler and things to have fun in the sand and use to find shells or shark teeth. Overall, a very great experience! Hands down, great experience and I would recommend for anyone staying in this area. Would definitely stay again.

Ty was a wonderful host! Very responsive & friendly. The house was clean and newly updated, we loved it! There were several restaurants close, which was very convenient. The beach was also a very short walk away which my children loved. I asked my youngest what her favorite part of our trip was and her answer was “the house”. Kids are pretty honest so I think that alone speaks for itself.

It was such a beautiful stay! Ty made us feel super welcomed and was very patient with us. We ran into a few personal bumps but he had no problem helping us to be accommodated. We will def book here again if we’re back in town!

It was the perfect place for the two of us. Lovely, clean and comfy. The neighborhood is quiet, and the beach is just a short walk away. If you’re looking for a small, very cool, well appointed cottage for your stay, I can highly recommend this one.
