Ty was wonderful host and when the place is absolutely adorable, walking distance to restaurants and beach, has all the amenities you need to entertain, or host and just relax and enjoy! highly recommend:0) These hosts take pride in their property!

Cute, comfortable and very clean house with everything you need. We stayed 10 days and felt like home. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. There are nearby restaurants, but we prefer to cook our meals. This was easy, because the kitchen is supplied with everything you need. Ty is very responsive, great guy and addressed quickly all our needs. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ty!

We had a wonderful stay at this air bnb! The amenities were excellent and the host responded in a timely manner and was very accommodating. The beach and nearby restaurants were only a 5 minute walk and had beautiful views. We definitely recommend staying here and will for sure return!

This is a terrific location with walkable distance to Nokomis boat ramp and beach. Great set up with 3 BR and 2 bath, which made for a very flexible stay with friends and family on different days. I very much appreciated the fact that it had laundry detergent, dish soap and sponge, ice pre-made, spices and seasonings, etc. That saved a lot of shopping and waste. Ty was a great communicator made check out super easy. I plan to rent again here.

Great place to stay within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very clean, included beach towels and beach chairs, etc. Host was very easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions including guest book with helpful information. I highly recommend and would love to stay here again in the future.

The cottage was perfect for a relaxing get away! We were able to recharge and relax. Great area with plenty to do and great restaurants. Walkable beach access. Perfect location. Might become a little tradition for us. The hosts were very friendly and responsive with any of my questions.

Great location and an easy walk to the beach and Casey Key which is very cute and beautiful homes. Plus it is close to Venice pier. The home is beautiful, spotless and clean. Ty is very prompt in communicating. We highly recommend staying here.
