In addition to the attractions in nearby Sarasota, Nokomis offers lovely Gulf beaches and fishing for visitors, as well as the best place to shell and shark teeth seek and its beautiful shoreline. Visitors to Nokomis can enjoy small-town living and a relaxed beach town atmosphere, while also experiencing all that Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer.

Our property is located in walking distance from Nokomis Beach, Pop's Sunset Grill on the water, Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream Shop, and a few stores to get swimming, surfing, and souvenirs from. We also recommend renting or bringing your bike as there are many trails located close by. Furthermore, this is a golf cart community. We have recommendations for street legal golf cart rentals that make it fun and breezy to get around well you stay with us.
